Physical Health is the health of our body and the way it functions. There are different levels of Physical Health and it also includes mental and sexual health as well.

Physical Health is not just about the health of your body but helping your body to work at its full potential, physical health includes exercise and nutrition, being able to know your body and how it works and what ways to look after yourself.
This does not mean that we can change our bodies just because we are healthy. Physical Health is helped by looking after our mental health especially when we talk about body shape. Our body shape is already decided before we are born. Each one of us is a unique human being with our own genes from our mum and dad. There is only one person in the world shaped like you. Dieting does not change body shape. The distribution of weight on your body is going to stay the same - so learn to love who you are, be healthy and look after you.
